Jimmy Lile Model 3 w/ Stag handles. Made in 1968. With leather sheath.

This is a vintage non-dot Lile model 3 made by Jimmy himself and features a stag handle with brass guard. Satin finished 7 3/4" fixed blade, .156" blade stock and .745" blade depth, hidden tang construction. Includes a brown leather sheath and a zippered case. Excellent condition. This knife was made in 1968 and has a single line script signature.

James Buel Lile, (August 22, 1933 – May 5, 1991), known as Jimmy Lile and "The Arkansas Knifesmith", was an American knifemaker from Russellville in Pope County, Arkansas, who made the Rambo Knife for the films First Blood and Rambo: First Blood Part II.
